Carmen Ramos, Curator of Latino Art and Deputy Chief Curator, Smithsonian American Art Museum, Washington, DC.  Ramos discussed her curatorial role as contextualizing Latinx artists in American art, and focused on the work of Freddy Rodriguez, an artist based in NY and the Dominican Republic.  The lecture was supported by the Granger/American Art Fund, in the Department of Art HIstory.
