Fireflies & Hair Stories: Identity and Agency Through Visual Arts for Girls is a workshop presented by Professor Lisa Kay and Veronica Hicks for the 2016 PAEA (Pennsylvania Art Education Association) Conference. Learn to instill agency in girls with disabilities through artistic journaling and visual art creation. Kay. From Friday, October 7th to Sunday, October 9th, Philadelphia will be hosting the 2016 Pennsylvania Art Education Association (PAEA) conference! The conference is to be held at Moore College of Art and Design, located along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. In addition to many workshops and lectures given by Tyler faculty and students, a shuttle will be driving PAEA guests from Moore to Tyler for an exhibit of Tyler alumni work.
