What does the art of make-up aging teach us about value and form? MEd candidate Molly Porter, a former Hollywood makeup artist, delivered a presentation to this year's PAEA (Pennsylvania Art Education Association) Conference on how makeup techniques for film and television can be used for dynamic lessons on how to use light and shadow to shape 3D appearances.

Lisa Kay, professor of Art Education at Tyler, was awarded the 2015 Outstanding Special Needs Art Educator. President of the Pennsylvania Art Education Association, Tyler alumni Diane Wilkin, presented Dr. Kay with her award at the annual conference in Harrisburg in October.
