Laurie Wagman Visiting Artist Erica Rosenfeld, a Brooklyn-based artist and designer, will give a lecture and demonstration.

Erica Rosenfeld uses glass, found objects, food and mixed media to create sculpture, installations and performative works that investigate themes of fear, nostalgia, new growth, memory distortion and material association. Rosenfeld is a founding member of The Burnt Asphalt Family, an artists’ collective with the mission to create community-centric art that meets somewhere at the crossroads between art, craft and design through social practice.
