Why Tyler?
I would say it was the facilities (the studios are nice and open all the time), the academic flexibility (I can major in architecture and still have space and time to minor in something from a different college)
What is your major and why do you love it?
Architecture, Junior (class of 2025). I really enjoy getting to express my creativity in a way that will eventually help to improve the world around us.
What are some tips you would give to applicants?
If you’re on the art side of things, go over to architecture every now and then to check it out. If you’re on the architecture side of things, go over to art every now and then to check it out.
What is a positive experience you’ve had at Tyler so far?
The site visits we do at the beginning of new projects are always great. They’re very helpful for putting the entire project in scale and plus, I love exploring new areas of Philly I haven’t seen before.
