Connecting young artists with other creative thinkers.
High school students entering grades 10–12 are invited to attend Tyler Pre-College Summer Studios, a series of two-week hands-on visual art workshops. Students participate in two classes each session, choosing an AM and a PM class from a variety of visual art and design subjects. They'll explore new media and artistic interests, build technical skills, gain insight into the many college degree pathways and professions within creative fields, and create artwork under the guidance of Tyler's dedicated faculty. Students are encouraged to express their individual creativity and will leave class having experienced the rigor of college-level studio art and design courses.

Classes are held in-person at Tyler School of Art and Architecture.

TUITION:
One-Week Intensives: Session I: $850
Two-Week Half-Day: Sessions II and/or Session III: $700 (AM Only)
Two-Week Full-Day: Sessions II and/or Session III: $1,300
*Multi-Session Discount of 30% if you attend two sessions (Code 2PCE)
**Multi-Session Discount of 35% if you attend three sessions (Code 3PCE)
Students can choose to attend one, two or three sessions.
Payment plans and limited need-based aid are available for the summer. Inquire early!
