Logan is the Deputy Program Director for Trolley Modernization, SEPTA’s largest capital project, and the complete replacement of its trolley fleet with accessible vehicles, stations, and improved service. As the program’s planning lead, I am responsible for strategic direction, public engagement, and systems modeling. 

At Temple, he teaches Graphic Communication for Planners, where students learn the fundamentals of graphic design so that they can communicate planning concepts using industry-standard software.
