Rosanne Lubeck is a goals-driven AICP Planner and project manager for transportation projects.

In her current role as Principal Transportation Planner for LaBella Associates, she leads planning work across multiple states and disciplines in the field, from safety improvements to active transportation design. Her prior decade-long background in advocacy and public relations informs her ability to lead stakeholder and public engagement processes that improve outcomes. 

At Tyler, she teaches Transportation Planning from the practitioner's point of view, featuring case studies, guest speakers, and tasks that demonstrate the work of an entry-level planner in the transportation field.
