Decorative Digitalism 장식적 디지털리즘
Jewelry, a personal and emotional connection symbol, has evolved through digital techniques. This exhibition, a collaboration between Kookmin University and Temple University's Tyler School of Art and Architecture, showcases 14 artists' fusion of manual craftsmanship and digital technology, expanding possibilities in materials, forms, and production, creating excitement in this creative field.
장신구는 인체에 착용하는 ‘작은 미술’로서, 상징적 의미와 미학적 형태를 표현할 수 있도록 다양한 재료와 기술을 통해 진화해 왔습니다. 이 전시회는 국민대학교와 템플대학교의 타일러스쿨오브아트 앤 아키텍처 간의 협력을 통해 진행됩니다. 국제적으로 활동하고 있는 14명의 작가들이 다양한 디지털 기법들과 수공예를 융합한 작품을 선보이며, 재료, 형태 및 생산 영역에서의 가능성을 확장시키고 관람자들로 하여금 큰 기대감을 안겨줄 것입니다.
