The Myth of the American Dream, Curated by Natalia Purchiaroni

"The Myth of the American Dream" is an exploration into the aspirations and realities of the American Dream. This exhibition serves as a collective interrogation, challenging conventional notions and reassessing the essence of what this ideology represents in our nation’s current cultural landscape.

Through an array of mediums from fibers to photography, "The Myth of the American Dream" unveils a panorama of interpretations. This collective confronts and reconstructs the mythos of upward mobility, prosperity, individualism, and describes what success can look like in the nation’s current condition. In this nuanced dialogue, we invite viewers to confront the complexities and contradictions inherent in the pursuit of the American Dream, prompting introspection and dialogue about its current state and trajectory.
