Screening of "Blown Away" and conversation with Deborah Czeresko
Deborah Czeresko is a New York City-based artist whose work invokes a range of approaches and techniques, including performance and collaboration. She has fabricated glass projects for well-known artists such as Robert Gober, Kiki Smith, Lorna Simpson, Mariko Mori and Eric Fischl, among others. Most recently, she was a contestant on season one of the Netflix show Blown Away—a reality competition that pits ten master artists against each other in glassblowing sculpture challenges.
Join us for a screening of Blown Away with Deborah Czeresko, followed by a conversation between the artist and Tyler students.
