Merrick Castillo is a Senior Designer and Project Leader at Archi-Tectonics NYC, LLC, specializing in residential, cultural, and master planning projects.
He is a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received the F. Schenk–Henry Gillette Woodman Scholarship and the E. Lewis Dales Traveling Fellowship. He is also the founder of the design practice CYD, with work featured in the CityX Venice Virtual Pavilion, the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism, the Chicago Architecture Biennale, Nature, Art and Habitat, AHRID Collective, and Pressing Matters.
