Ted Mullen is an environmental engineer and planner with 15 years of experience in urban infrastructure planning and design with expertise in urban land development and water and ecological infrastructure. He currently works as a project manager for Resource Environmental Solutions, developing turn-key water quality and ecological restoration projects, typically working in cities and urbanized landscapes. In this role, he oversees the project life cycle from solution identification and land acquisition through design, construction, and maintenance and monitoring. Through this, Ted has experience negotiating contracts to advance these projects by way of creative, multi-stakeholder partnerships. Ted is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
