DREAMTOPIA: A Second-Year MFA Exhibition

An exhibition that explores play as a form of world-building

Curated by Blithe Ophelia Grey, 2nd-Year MFA candidate in Painting, and Maxwell Davis, 2nd-Year MFA Candidate in MJCC.

When we play, we are in process with the not-yet. Imagining realities outside of the here and now is not just a process of daydreaming; it is an active tool in creating the world in which we live.

This show aims to investigate the use of fiction and storytelling as sites of embodiment and to imagine alternate realities.
