Francesco Cerrai Lecture - Project Director for the Capital Projects for the Philadelphia Parks + Recreation Department
Francesco Cerrai holds the position of Project Director for the Capital Projects for the Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Department. A native of Italy, he has adegree in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Perugia, Italy, and a BSLAfrom Temple University Ambler. Mr. Cerrai has more than two decades ofprofessional experience in landscape architecture, both in the private andpublic sector. He oversees the Capital improvements in the Philadelphia Department of Parks & Recreation, with duties ranging from planning,design, bidding and construction administration. Projects range fromimprovements to public parks, recreation centers and playgrounds, sport fields,bridges, recreation buildings and historic mansions.
