Artist Talk & Demonstration: Adam Atkinson and Everett Hoffman

Join visiting artists Adam Atkinson and Everett Hoffman for demos and lectures with the Metals/Jewelry/CAD-CAM department. 

Adam Atkinson is a metalsmith, curator, and educator who explores relationships between gender and the body through adornment and small-scale sculpture. He has been awarded several residencies and has taught workshops at Penland, Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, and the Baltimore Jewelry Center, and has been a faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University and Boise State University. 

Everett Hoffman is a cross-disciplinary artist completing a three-year artist residency at Penland School of Craft. He has exhibited his work at prestigious museums and galleries across the United States and Greece, exploring contemporary forms of protection and communication through lights, sculptural forms, and jewelry.
