Cinzia Abate is an architect and professor at Temple University Rome Campus. She is the co-founder, with Carlo Vigevano, of the architectural firm AeV Architetti associati, a pioneer architectural practice in the field of architectural integration of renewable energies, as well as in environmental urban planning. Her firm’s projects and her essays have been published by Italian and international magazines such as: Architettura & Ambiente, Architectural Review, Domus and the New York Times architectural section.
