Hope Rovelto Lecture and Printing Party

Hope Rovelto is a screen printer, artist, activist and educator. She launched the nation’s only queer printing studio, Little Chair Printing, in Maine. Rovelto also has created a one-woman bicycle-powered printshop, which is part of her #GivingVoice project—a free or low-cost public social justice screen printing project for residents throughout Maine.

Come experience Hope Rovelto’s mobile screen printing shop, which will be parked outside Tyler’s Glass Hot Shop for a printing party. Bring clothes, bags, fabric, paper—anything you want to print on—and select from screens from our spring 2019 course, Imagery and Glass, as well as imagery from Rovelto’s collection.

Supported by the Laurie Wagman Fund in Glass Art at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture.
