Mindfulness and Meditation: A Student Session with Michelle Lloyd-Miah of Meditation Butterfly

“Mindful Strategies to Navigate Life at College” is a wellness workshop that aims to share a mindfulness-based approach to stressful or challenging situations that arise while attending college as a student. In addition to general mindfulness techniques, this workshop will present year-specific wellness strategies that are unique to students of the Tyler School of Art and Architecture.

The workshop will be led by Michelle Lloyd-Miah, the founder of Meditation Butterfly.  She specializes in transformational coaching through Mindfulness and Meditation.  Her mission is to help people gain clarity and make better decisions in their everyday lives.

Michelle has been trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at The Penn Program for Mindfulness as well as the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson University.  

She has personally practiced meditation for over fifteen (15) years and is also the creator of Sacred Intuition, a meditation-based approach to personal empowerment.
