Dr. Tuğba Tanyeri-Erdemir is a Research Associate at the Department of Anthropology, University of Pittsburgh. Her research interests include ethnographic investigations of converted historic religious buildings, cultural heritage management of multi-layered sacred sites, re-utilization and museumification of religious heritage.
