Brad Jamula questions the role photography plays in his larger artistic practice. Focusing on issues of identity and connection, and the reimagining of our shared experience of the contemporary urban environment, his work incorporates photography as a jumping-off point, a form of documentation, and as part of a larger constellation of ideas and mediums. He loves Philadelphia, and currently lives in the Spring Garden Historic District with his cats, Rosco & Betty.
