Mauricio Bertet is a registered architect from Madrid, Spain.
From 1994-1998, Bertet worked as a collaborating architect at the office of Rafael Moneo in Madrid, and from 1998-2001, he served as director of the Architecture and Store Planning Department at Loewe, a branch of the Louis Vuitton Group.
In 2001, he established his own professional firm in Madrid, dedicated to an integrative practice of architecture and urban design mainly in the public sector. He has also developed international cooperation projects in Mozambique and Morocco.
From 2007-2023, Bertet taught Architectural Design Studio at CEU - San Pablo University Polytechnic School in Madrid. He has lectured and participated in seminars at several Spanish universities, Harvard and MIT.
In 2014, Bertet was visiting professor of practice at Syracuse University School of Architecture, and in 2016 he was the George N. Pauly Jr. Visiting Professor at Carnegie Mellon University School of Architecture.
