About National Portfolio Day
National Portfolio Day is an opportunity to meet with representatives from the nation's leading art colleges and universities. All participating institutions are National Portfolio Day Association members and offer professional programs accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design. National Portfolio Days offer students a chance to have their artwork reviewed, discuss college plans and options, and receive information from top art colleges and universities.
Whenever possible students should bring original artwork. If some work is too large or fragile to carry, you may bring photos or digital media instead, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the work can be viewed. You may choose to bring your own video camera, tablet device and/or laptop to show your work. Be advised however, that you may not have access to the internet or an electric outlet.
For additional information and a list of the participating institutions, visit http://www.portfolioday.net or contact the Tyler Admissions Office by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 215-777-9090.
- Events are free and open to the public.
- No pre-registration to attend is necessary.
