Christopher McAdams

Christopher McAdams is an architect and technologist working with augmented and virtual reality platforms to investigate immersive and interactive spaces. His work uses parametric tooling, digital fabrication, and mixed reality systems to generate new opportunities in the built realm and explore unbuilt work from history.

In 2017, McAdams founded Plural—a research-based practice, investigating the integration of emerging technologies and their architectural applications. His work spans a wide range of project types, from objects to offices, gardens to galleries. McAdams previously worked at DIGSAU, where he contributed to recognized projects in Philadelphia and the Mid-Atlantic region.
