The Art History department invites you to a lecture by Dr. Taro Nettleton. Dr. Nettleton is an Assistant Professor at Temple’s Japan campus. His courses include Art and Queer Theory, Contemporary Japanese Art, Modern Art, Art and the City, and Art and the Everyday. His research interest concerns visuality in historical and contemporary art practices in the context of the March 11, 2011 disaster and consequent nuclear meltdown of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant
