The Tyler Advising team works with our undergraduates from orientation to graduation. We aim to assist our students in getting the most of their undergraduate careers, both through academic guidance and in facilitating connections to the many valuable resources available at Tyler and Temple.
Appointments
If you are a current student who would like to make an appointment, please sign into the online appointment system. We also offer Same Day Walk-In Appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1pm-3pm in fall and spring, when classes are in session. Please note that during peak registration times, including Add/Drop and Priority Registration, the office will only utilize same day walk-in advising appointments, which allow students to come to the office that day to sign up for a 15 minute time slot.

Our goal is to make the transition from a Community College or different University as smooth as possible for our transfer students. We review transcripts to make sure students get credit for applicable courses taken elsewhere, and offer long term planning to help students find the best path to their degree.
Transfer ResourcesFly in 4
Through the Temple Fly in 4 program, students are given a map to complete all their requirements in a 4 year timeframe. Through this series of checkpoints, students can be assured they are staying on track, which reduces the financial burden of paying for additional semesters and coursework.
