Position open: Assistant or Associate Professor, tenure-track: Specialist of the ancient Mediterranean

The Department of Art History of Tyler School of Art and Architecture invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate rank in the specialization of the arts and archaeology of the ancient Mediterranean and Near East (ca. 3000 BCE-100 BCE), to complement areas already represented by faculty in the department. We are especially interested in candidates who are working on projects in the digital humanities, who could provide our students with methodological innovation and who are engaged in collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches to the archaeology, art and architecture of the region. Leah Modigliani's book reviewed by RACAR

Leah Modigliani, head of the Tyler School of Art and Architecture's Visual Studies Program, had her recent book, Engendering an Avant-Garde: The Unsettled Landscapes of Vancouver Photo-Conceptualism, reviewed in RACAR 2019.
