Angela Washko, a writer, game developer, and teacher at Carnegie Mellon University graduated from Tyler in 2009. She was interviewed this summer in The Guardian about her work about online societies here.

Her work The Game: The Game 2.0 is currently on view at the Squeaky Wheel Film and Media Art Center in Buffalo, NY through December 9, 2017. The exhibition is presented in conjunction with the Digital Humanities Group at Canisius College and The Department of Art at the University of Buffalo.
