Art History Carnell Professor Marcia Hall guest edited a themed issue on “Affective Art” for the peer-reviewed, open access journal, Arts (June 2024: https://www.mdpi.com/journal/arts/special_issues/Affective_Art). The issue contains essays by several scholars associated with Tyler/Temple Art History. These include current art history graduate students Noah Randolph (PhD candidate), Rachel Vorsanger (PhD student), PhD alumna Anne Muraoka (2009), assistant professor Joseph Kopta (PhD 2022), professor emeritus Gerald Silk, former Temple faculty member Richard Shiff, and other eminent scholars including Rebecca Bedell, Koenraad Jonckheere, Eugene J. Johnson, and Larry Silver.
