Monica Anke Hahn (PhD candidate, Art History), has been awarded an NEH-Global Book Histories Initiative Scholarship to take a future Rare Book School course. The RBS is an "institute supporting the study of the history of books and printing and related subjects. Students study the history of written, printed, and digital materials with leading scholars and professionals in the field. At various times during the year, RBS offers about 30 five-day courses on topics concerning old and rare books, manuscripts, and special collections. The majority of courses take place in Charlottesville, but courses are also offered in New York City, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Bloomington, New Haven, and Washington, DC." http://rarebookschool.org/
